Order Support

If you have a question about an existing order, please contact us at support@theyaam.com.

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used at checkout

  • A short description of your question or issue

Common order questions include:

  • Order status

  • Tracking updates

  • Shipping address issues

  • Missing items

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect product, size, color, or design

Our support team usually responds within 24–48 business hours during our support hours.

Shipping & Tracking Questions

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after the tracking number is created. In some cases, tracking may take a little longer to show movement, especially during weekends, holidays, or high-volume shipping periods.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, or if you need help checking your order status, please contact us with your order number.

Change or Cancel an Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can usually be changed or canceled within 6 hours after purchase. After that, your order may already be in production, and we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Because many of our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee order changes once production has started.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product issue

  • A photo of the shipping label or package, if available

  • A short description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we will help arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution based on the issue.

We always want to make things right if there is a problem with your order.

Sizing Questions

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Since our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection unless the item received is different from the size ordered.

If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before ordering. We’ll be happy to help you choose the best size.

Custom Design Requests

If you would like to discuss a custom design, personalized idea, or special request, please contact us at support@theyaam.com.

When sending a custom design request, please include as much detail as possible, such as:

  • The product type you are interested in

  • The text or phrase you want to use

  • Preferred colors or style

  • Any reference ideas or inspiration

  • The quantity you may need

Our team will review your request and let you know whether we can help create it.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or wrong shipping address provided by the customer.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us and we will gladly help make it right.
