When Will I Receive My Order?

Most of our products are made to order. This means your item is created after your order is placed.

Estimated processing time: 3–7 business days
Estimated U.S. shipping time: 5–10 business days after shipment

Total estimated delivery time for most U.S. orders is usually 8–17 business days, including production and shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information.

Why Is My Order Still Processing?

Because many of our products are made to order, your item may take a few business days to be created, printed, checked, and prepared for shipment.

Processing usually takes 3–7 business days.

You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Orders can usually be changed or canceled within 6 hours after purchase.

After that, your order may already be in production, and we may not be able to change or cancel it.

If you need to update your shipping address, change order details, or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@theyaam.com.

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address?

Please contact us immediately at support@theyaam.com if you entered the wrong shipping address.

Orders can usually be updated within 6 hours after purchase. After that, the order may already be in production or shipped, and we may not be able to update the address.

The Yaam is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check:

  • Your mailbox

  • Porch, front door, or delivery area

  • Apartment office, front desk, or mailroom

  • Family members, roommates, or neighbors

  • Your local post office or shipping carrier

The Yaam is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

However, you can contact us at support@theyaam.com, and we will do our best to help review your order status.

My Order Has Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages, especially if they include multiple products or items produced by different fulfillment partners.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
